About:
Hi, I’m Caroline Gardner, a South Florida native with a deep-rooted passion for helping people navigate the highs and lows of life. After living across the U.S. and internationally, I returned home to South Florida and earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University in 2023. In 2025, I moved back to my hometown of Jupiter, Florida, to grow my professional network as a mental health counselor.
I’m currently a Registered Social Work Intern in the state of Florida and on track to obtain my clinical license (LCSW) by early 2026. My experience in the counseling field has been diverse. I’ve mentored teens through Guitars Over Guns, provided grief counseling with Vitas Hospice, and served as a guidance counselor at an elementary school. These roles have allowed me to support people from all walks of life and have deepened my understanding and compassion as a counselor.
People often describe me as grounded, authentic, and genuinely devoted to my clients’ progress. I aim to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for both children and adults as they work through emotional and psychological challenges.
My approach is strength-based and trauma-informed. I’m committed to empowering my clients, helping them build resilience, and supporting them in their journey toward healing and personal growth.
